About Us

Fenlands Church is home for all kinds of people and all ages.  Our "style" is contemporary although our main buildings looks quite old and formal.  We are glad to have these facilities and are working towards a kind of Resource Centre that serves local groups in every village in our area.  At the moment we have groups in Wisbech, Tydd Gote and Sutton Bridge.

A key verse for us is:

ACTS 2:42:  “They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer”.  

... and we have a key vision about BEING CHURCH WHERE WE LIVE.

We believe that Jesus Christ is Head of his Church and that we should be led by the Holy Spirit.  Our weekly programme includes meetings for all kinds of purposes including Worship and Teaching.  We have leaders and a team of people who have responsibilities for different areas and activities.  Our preaching and teaching centres on the Lord Jesus and celebrates his grace through the Good News about him.   You can read more about us and check our statement of faith by downloading our booklet "Get On Board".
